City Hall at twilight.

City Hall after twilight.

If I call this the former Rehoboth Ministries, I'm not doing this old church (visible in back of City Hall) justice. It was built around the turn of the 20th century as a German Protestant church, only taken over 100 years later by its most recent inhabitant. As of this writing in early 2015, I can't see evidence of any buyer in the last 3 years.

Older buildings along the south side of State Street in downtown, and the Seneca Block is just around the corner on Clinton Street.
