The post office and its attendant war memorial are on the southwest corner of Yass and Warrataw Streets.


Continuing east on Yass Street, Merino Cafe has taken a spot in the old London House, and brought its own merino. Sadly, this does not qualify as a Big Thing<.


Beyond the sheep is a century-old hotel, which in Australia means "a bar with some rooms to let."
