Past a pond south of Tagus to what's normally fields south of Blaisdell, but was flooded in May 2013. Oil floats on water, so pumping can continue.


West of Ross, US Route 2 enters the White Earth River coulee. It used to cross the river north of here on a windier two-lane roadway alignment that couldn't be upgraded to the four-lane highway US Route 2 now follows.
