Augusta

The 1882 Sibley Mill is well north of Broad Street along the 1845 Augusta Canal (I must specify because there are two parallel iterations). The Civil War gunpowder works' only remains are the mill's chimney.

The John P. King Mill is slightly less historic than Sibley Mill, but the same age and closer to Broad Street. The two properties are essentially sisters.

Old sights along Greene Street, the 1874 Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a former house at the northwest corner of 11th Street.

The Signer's Monument is also along Greene Street, serendipitously at Monument Street. Like JFK's head, the 1882 Jacob Phinizy House is back and to the left.
