WIS 11 EB hops onto I-90 WB - but it's really heading north, and it's part of I-39 NB just so you know it's okay. WIS 11 used to run through Janesville, but a new connection was built south of the city for through traffic.
Well, this is awkward. The sign, that is, which looks like the message on the top for WIS 11 WEST was added at the last moment after the rest of the sign was fabricated, and just after WisDOT decided to abandon button copy. You get this in both directions on I-39/90, but only SB/EB (WIS 11 WB) does it belong on this page.
