VA 98 is a tiny half-mile route connecting US 52/VA 42 in Bland to the Bland County Courthouse, so about all that's of interest is this 1929 bridge, seen NB and SB.


Plaques set into the east and west faces of the bridge. It's called the World War Memorial Bridge, so the east plaque is a list of everyone in... Bland County?... who either served or died in the war. It's hard to tell after 84 years of wear.
