Virginia Roads - US 219

US 219

Shortly after beginning, US 219 crosses Rich Creek on a 1947 bridge that also has a 1930 bridge plaque on its northwest parapet post, so I'm guessing there was a reconstruction involved. (US 219 NB jogs south here on old US 460 from the modern Rich Creek bypass, so the upcoming left turn to WV is in fact US 219.)

The whole route spends less than 2 miles in Virginia, so you get one bridge, one historical marker, and one rooster.
