VA 381 SB, the continuation of I-381 after it stops being a freeway (also known as Commonwealth Avenue). The sign salads are mainly due to the four different types of US 11 - the unified route to the north, the two split routes into Tennessee, and the truck route that heads through Bristol and then north and east.
