What a difference a decade makes. The older, rusty version of the WB photo is courtesy Doug Kerr. Keating is up a secondary road and east on PA 120, which makes me think there was once a north-south primary route connecting these towns.


EB across and looking north and south along the West Branch Susquehanna River from there. Either PennDOT just started repainting the bridge green from the bottom up, or the brighter paint is only supposed to go up 5 feet. In either case, why?
