PA 286 WB turns here in Saltsburg to cross the Conemaugh River.

PA 286 heads northeast out of Indiana (the city, not the state), but most traffic continues on the SR 1004 conenctor to these signs at the US 119 freeway. US 119 used to pass through the heart of town. I shouldn't have to tell you this, but each of the double arrow signs refers to only a single lane.
