At the beginning of OH 617 from OH 165 SB, one shield has Toledo and one gave it back to Michigan.


Just west of OH 170 in Petersburg.


EB and WB at the northeast end of the Petersburg concurrency. It's not just the construction shields that omit Toledo, but these seem to be trying to claim some land from Kentucky as well.
