Ohio Roads - Ashtabula
New but interesting, the Smolen-Gulf Bridge was built in 2008 because people felt there ought to be a covered bridge here. It's way too wide and safe, says I. These photos head south out of the city and into the eponymous county.
Back north on State Rd. to the city proper.
As I cross Main Ave. on 44th St., the 1910 Ashtabula Federal Building (more than just a post office!) is on the southeast corner.
A pair of ancients overhead on 44th St. WB at Park Ave.
