As you saw before, the suffix letter should be smaller than the numerals. Based on the margins, I think this sign was laid out correctly but the letter was applied incorrectly.


For a new sign, this doesn't look new. It says "Canandaigua Rd."


Near its east end, NY 31F crosses the Erie Canal with NY 350. This looks west at the adjacent lock.
