International Drive runs partially through the International Trade Center, a special economic zone where goods can come in and be worked with, stored, repackaged, or various other functions without being subject to customs. Normally these are found at airports and seaports, but there's one a good distance in from the coast in Mt. Olive. With no major cargo facilities nearby, foreign goods have to be shipped multimodally to get inside the zone before thay can be manipulated. Now that I've given you all the non-roads, here are some road photos, all northbound.


I think the messages are almost all there, but the assembly is nowhere close. Match colors, match banners to shields, and match the MUTCD prescribed order of signs.
