The shield in Red Bank says North, but the signs in West Deptford say West. The road does both, to be fair. You would see the last sign after turning left.

So let's call this sign EB instead of SB.


That makes these Woodbury street signs WB; Broad St. is NJ 45/CR 551. There is a more famous Red Bank on the other side of the state, but this one has always been on the shore of the Delaware River. It's right next to National Park, another town that sounds more famous than it is (it's not a national park by any means).
