New Jersey Roads - Camden CR 621

Camden CR 621, Park Ave.

All photos are SB.

The west side of the bridge that ends CR 621 (because it crosses into Burlington County), and looking east on S. Branch Pennsauken Creek from there. Probably less scenic without snow.

The alien jellyfish that holds water for Pennsauken. This must have been Orson Welles' inspiration for having War of the Worlds set in New Jersey. (H.G. Wells had it in London - and this is the closest and perhaps only connection between Wells and Welles.)

Some of the ugly, awful overhead signs Camden is wont to install crowd out the remaining nice old ones.

It seems like Camden has the capability to make pentagons on overhead signs - so why can't they even get it right on all four signs at one intersection?

Onto CR 644
