North Carolina Roads - US 441

US 441

All photos are northbound.

You are required to be welcomed to Dillsboro. Make sure you are established in 1889. Red is the strongest form of regulation, so I wouldn't want to disobey. Both of these photos are shared with US 23 NB and courtesy Lou Corsaro.

US 441 turns onto US 19 NB in Cherokee and immediately confronts a sign for Thomas's Legion. They then head east toward Spray Ridge and the taller but more distant Rattlesnake Mountain.

Back when it was okay to be called a nimrod, this chief is now memorialized along US 441 leaving US 19.
