Entering I-295 EB from US 401. This is an active stub, with construction to extend it as far as Fort Bragg. That should be sufficient to push I-295 over the edge from Future to Now, as a connector to a major military installation. Until then, traffic merges into an empty mainline.


Let's just pretend we're allowed to head west in the EB lanes.


It's 1828 Fort Bragg time, good for a stellar sunset in October. (That's a pun. See, "stellar" refers to stars, and the Sun is a star... Never mind, that's okay.)
