On the very east edge of the route, take Dobbins Dr. east and explore old US 12 from when it followed the path now traced by I-94. It was moved south to the path formerly traced by US 112 to preserve its independence and now comes nowhere near Albion.


Back west toward Bus. I-94/M-99.


Heading west into town, today I learned the world loves "Old Rugged Cross." Do you? Do you know what it even is? Albion College is on the south side of the street.


Continuing west past the high school to where Bus. I-94 leaves M-99 at Superior St.


Bus. I-94 WB turns right, M-99 SB turns left, and Michigan Ave. continues ahead across the railroad.


All I got of Bus. I-94 on its own, but the brick pavement is cool and this is the oldest font on the street signs I captured.
