Of course, Business US 31 was the old alignment of US 31 through Holland. I'm not sure what the impetus was for its de-designation, since Business I-196 skirts downtown and nothing else penetrates. Maybe the city just wanted complete control of its roads.


Don't look east from River Ave. (former Bus. US 31 NB) at 9th St. You've been warned.


A twist on the usual "must turn" signs, 7th St. heading west from where Bus. US 31 SB turned left onto Pine Ave.
