Now gone, this bridge was just inside the border from West Virginia and just before the turnoff to the Paw Paw Tunnel (for the C&O Canal, not for this railroad).


Speaking of which, this looks south along the C&O Canal at MD 51's truss crossing.


This looks north. I was going to name it con.jpg, but "con" is a protected filename.


Back on the road, across the canal and then Town Creek in Oldtown, just before another turnoff to another historic C&O Canal site.
