Maryland Roads - MD 410

All photos are eastbound.

Montgomery County presents a plethora of old shields, culminating in the one atop the page. I didn't spot any WB, although these made me look very carefully. The page-topper is at Manor Circle in Takoma Park, which is one-way out only, so it's unnecessary. Even if Manor Circle were two-way, it would still be a sharp left instead of a simple bear right, so the shield is still unnecessary.

Now in Prince George's County, across Sligo Creek to the Mall at Prince Georges. I don't know why the county name gets an apostrophe, since the US Board on Geographic Names has killed them off pretty much everywhere else. But since it does, why doesn't the mall follow suit?
