KY 3496 follows old US 23/US 460 south of Pikeville before bending east along old KY 1426 to its end. It should really be signed north-south; as signed, KY 3496 EB heads a bit west and is actually following old 460 WB.


You can see this sign from the modern route as well, but its parking is along the old one.
