KY 1426 hitches a ride with US 23/US 460 and friends into Pikeville. Instead of following its old alignment, it lets KY 3496 take that role and it uses Baird Ave. to get back from the inner loop (Hambley Blvd., old 23/460).


Continuing east, KY 1426 picks up and drops off KY 1460 in what is not a wrong-way concurrency because KY 1460 runs north-south.


The same error happens heading west/south.
