Curious shields on Sky Harbor Circle NB, repeated over Buckeye Rd. in one-piece form. These just look unmistakably wrong.


Slightly more normal shields at ground level, along with a unique cutout that should never have been. It's not even something meant for a BGS, because it's missing the word "LOOP" on top. It's just a one-off error. The white signs above Interstate shields should be blue, but that's a more common mistake.
