Québec Roads - QC 170

EB from Blvd. Harvey in Jonquière to QC 175 in Chicoutimi, all within Saguenay. When I took the second photo, I thought I was just getting an old sign with the numbers faded. But out of the pixels arose a ghostly "37"! Until the 1970s, Route 37 was one of two designated ring routes, the other being 38. Route 37 went around Montréal on roads including Blvd. Gouin, QC 138, and Blvd. Beaconsfield, while 38 went around Laval similarly. This is a pretty long distance for a recycled sign to travel.

Not a great photo, unfortunately, but a peculiarly arranged sign WB at the same intersection. I'm not sure it has the correct font, and it's saddled with tiny shields and a maze of arrows all over the sign with no organization. This needs to be done as two separate signs, one for control cities and one for routes, like the EB direction.

EB at Rue Monseigneur-Dufour, La Baie, still in Saguenay. I came here to see a very special site, but you'll have to visit the Saguenay link below for that.
