Unusual way to sign a destination. And wrong. The first assembly is clearly newer than the second - note the larger "S" in SOUTH and the wider "York".

A NB keystone with a twist. Lewisberry is actually on PA 382, which ends at the same street corner as PA 181 in downtown York Haven. Keystones give distances based on following your route, so how is this possible? PA 24, which now ends in Mt. Wolf, used to follow both 181 and 382 on its way north toward Harrisburg, and this sign certainly is older than 1961 when the numbers changed.
