New Jersey Roads - Route Log - Ends
New Jersey Route Ends
This page is a comprehensive index to photos of current and historic termini of New Jersey state-numbered roads, starting with the 1927 First Renumbering. Thank SPUI for initially compiling the photos of the 5xx-series county route ends, and a special acknowledgement to Chris Mason who maintained the NJ State Route Ends for many years. Red background means I do not have any coverage, yellow background means not all current termini are covered but there is at least one photo, and orange background means all current termini are covered but one or more historic termini are not covered. Italics means the route no longer exists, or is not an oficial route in the case of most 5xx Truck routes (502, 505, 519, 557, 559). This page does not include unsubstantiated termini or unbuilt routes, and it does not include intermediate termini of highways built in segments (such as Interstates). Even if all ends of a route are covered from every angle, I always welcome better photos, and signs are always being added, taken away, or replaced, so feel free to submit more.
