This photo and the one above (which should be "WEST" 60) are courtesy H.B. Elkins. This one is either on MO 105 NB or on US 60-62 WB/MO 77 NB, since I-57 only has one Business loop, in Charleston.


I-57 NB still has US 60 EB in the first photo (Exit 10) but not by the second one (after Exit 12). So Cairo is in Illinois, but Chicago isn't? (I'll also point out that commas are supposed to be omitted.)
